Unfortunately, there's no official way to cancel a pregnancy event in The Sims FreePlay once it's started. Your best bet is to complete it as quickly as possible!

Nope, you can't cancel a pregnancy in Sims FreePlay. It's a commitment, just like in real life (but a little less messy).

You cannot cancel a pregnancy event in The Sims FreePlay. Just speed through it by using Lifestyle Points (LP) if you're in a hurry!
