Log into your PSN account on the PlayStation website, head to Account Settings, find Subscriptions Management, and cancel from there. Easy peasy!

I cancelled mine through the PlayStation App! Open the app, go to Play, then tap Subscriptions and manage from there.

Just go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions, then select the subscription you want to cancel and hit Turn Off Auto-Renew.
