First, open the PlayStation app on your phone. Tap your profile icon in the top right, go to Account Settings, then Subscriptions Management. Find your PSN subscription and click 'Turn Off Auto-Renew.' Easy peasy!

Just call Sony support if you can't figure it out on your phone. They're usually pretty helpful and can cancel it for you.
