FYI, you can't just spam Petrificus Totalus all willy-nilly in Hogwarts Legacy. It's super effective for stealth but use it wisely. The game's about balance and strategy, not just freezing everyone in sight!

Petrificus Totalus? Meh, stealth's overrated. Why freeze when you can go full-on with Expelliarmus or Stupefy? Much more fun ?

Casting Petrificus Totalus in Hogwarts Legacy on your Nintendo Switch is just as magical as you'd expect! First, unlock the spell through your spell progression in the game. Once you've got it, select it from your spell wheel during combat or stealth moments. Aim at your target, and then press the cast button. Voila! Your foe is petrified, giving you that oh-so-sweet stealth advantage.

If you're a Hogwarts Legacy player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
