Just shoot 'em down with a slingshot! Make sure you've got plenty of space in your inventory to pick up the gift after it falls.

Oh, catching those flying presents is super fun! Just wait for a balloon with a gift to float by in your game. You'll need a slingshot to shoot it down. You can buy one from Timmy and Tommy at Nook's Cranny, or craft one if you've got the DIY recipe. Stand under the shadow of the balloon, aim your slingshot, and fire! Just be careful not to stand directly on flowers or over water, or you might lose your gift.

Honestly, I've lost more gifts to rivers than I care to admit. Pro tip: make sure the balloon is over solid ground before you take your shot. Learned that the hard way!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
