It's super easy! Just tap on the sim you want to rename, then tap the 'i' icon to open their Sim Info panel. From there, click the pencil icon next to their name, and voila, new name time!

I’ve changed my Sim’s name like a million times. Just select the sim, open their info panel, and tap the pencil icon next to their name. Piece of cake!
