Easiest way: Buy an animation pack from the Avatar Shop. Done and done.

You can change your character's pose in Roblox by using animations from the Avatar Shop or by scripting them in Roblox Studio. Look for 'Animation Packs' in the Avatar Shop for pre-made poses!
