You can't change the hair of your created character in Xenoverse 2 after you've made them, but you can use wigs from the TP Medal Shop to give them a different look!

Hey, just head to the customization shop and grab a wig. Bam! New hair without the hassle.

Sadly, once you choose your character's hair at the beginning, you can't change it directly. Just use wigs from the shop to mix things up.
