You can't directly change the country on an existing PSN account. You'll need to create a new PSN account with the desired country setting. Make sure you use a different email for the new account!

Unfortunately, PSN makes it tricky to change your country. Create a new account with your new country and remember, your purchased content and trophies won't transfer.
