Just a heads-up, you can't change flooring outside, only inside your house. So, make sure you're indoors when you try switching things up!

Pro tip: Use the Island Designer app to get creative outside your house. Can't change the floor, but you can make paths that match your aesthetic!

Changing flooring in Animal Crossing is pretty easy and fun! First, you gotta have the flooring item in your inventory. If you don't have one yet, check out Nook's Cranny shop or get them from balloons, bottles, or your villagers. Once you have one, open your inventory, select the flooring, and choose 'Place on Floor.' If you're in your house, you can also open your storage, select the flooring, and do the same. Voila, new vibes!

Honestly, I just trade floorings with my friends. It's quicker, and you get some cool designs you might not find in the shop.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
