Changing the language on Steam is super simple! Just open the Steam client and click on 'Steam' in the upper left corner, then go to 'Settings'. In the Settings menu, there's a 'Interface' tab. From there, you can select the language you want from the dropdown menu. After you've made your choice, you'll need to restart Steam for the changes to take effect. Easy peasy!

Y'all, it's not even that hard. Open settings, hit interface, pick your language, and reboot Steam. Done!

Actually, I think it's easier to just reinstall Steam if you're changing languages. That way you start fresh and there's no chance of missing text or weird translations in the interface.
