Go to Settings > Family and Parental Controls > PS5 Console Restrictions. Enter your PS5 restriction passcode and navigate to 'Monthly Spending Limit' to adjust it. Done and dusted!

Easy peasy! Head to Settings, click on Family and Parental Controls, then PS5 Console Restrictions. Enter your passcode, find the Monthly Spending Limit, and change it.

From personal experience, go into Settings, find Family and Parental Controls, and then PS5 Console Restrictions. Enter your passcode, and there you can tweak the Monthly Spending Limit. Works like a charm!
