To change your NAT type on the PS5, go to Settings > Network > Connection Status > View Connection Status, and note your NAT type. For a more direct approach, set a static IP for your PS5 and enable UPnP in your router settings.
I had the same issue! Going to Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection > Custom, then manually setting my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Google's DNS) worked like a charm for me.
Honestly, just restarting your router can sometimes change your NAT type. Give it a try before diving into the complicated stuff!
