You can't actually change your region in the PS5 settings once it's set, but you can create a new account with the desired location.

Trust me, just creating a new account for the new region is the way to go. I've done it myself!

Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Address and manually update your location info. Easy-peasy, right?

Honestly, you can't change your location on PS5 once it's set. Just make a new account if you need a different region.
