Go to the main menu, select 'Lobby' and then choose 'Change Region'. Pick your desired region and then select a lobby within that region. Easy peasy!

Main menu -> Lobby -> Change Region. After that, just pick a lobby. Enjoy your new region!

You might need to restart the game for the change to take effect, but main menu -> Lobby -> Change Region is the sequence you need!
