Oh, the age-old console war now infiltrating Steam, huh? To switch your controller settings from Xbox to PS4, you wanna dive into Steam's Big Picture mode. Once you're there, go to 'Settings' > 'Controller Settings' and you should see a bunch of checkboxes for different controller types. Just uncheck the 'Xbox Configuration Support' and check the 'PlayStation Configuration Support'. Voila, your Steam should now treat your controller as a PS4 one. Keep in mind, your game needs to support PS4 controller input for the best experience.

Actually prefer the Xbox layout on Steam, the button prompts make more sense to me lol
