You can't directly transfer game ownership on Roblox, but you can transfer the game to a group you own and then make someone else the owner of that group.

You'll have to move your game to a group you control. Then, you can promote someone else to be the group owner.

I tried changing game ownership by transferring it to my Roblox group and then setting a new group owner. Worked like a charm!
