Easy peasy! Just go to the Explorer panel, find the 'Baseplate' or 'Floor' item, and change its properties or replace it with a new part. You can also change its texture and colors in the 'Properties' tab.

First-hand tip: Go to the Model tab, create a new part, and resize it as your new floor. Add some textures to make it look real nice. Done it a hundred times!
