Easy peasy! Go to Settings > Themes > Select Theme. Pick from default options or get new ones from the PlayStation Store. Enjoy your new look!

You can change the theme by navigating to Settings > Themes and selecting your desired theme. You can also buy more themes in the PlayStation Store. I've spent too much on themes but it's totally worth it!
