You can check your Instagram Reels history by heading to the Activity Log. Just go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right, select 'Your activity,' and then 'Interactions.' There you'll find 'Reels'鈥攙oil脿, history unlocked!
Quick tip: Instagram doesn't have a built-in 'Reels history' feature. But you can look at your liked Reels by going to 'Settings' -> 'Account' -> 'Posts You've Liked'.
From my experience, the best way is to use the 'Your activity' menu. Just navigate to your profile, hit the three lines, select 'Your activity,' and then 'Reels.' Simple as that!
