Go to the PlayStation Store website, log in, and click on your Profile Icon at the top right. Select 'Subscriptions Management' and voilà!

Easy peasy! Just visit the PlayStation website, log in with your PSN account, and head over to the 'Subscriptions Management' section. You'll find your PlayStation Plus details there!
