Just go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Transaction History. Select your account and date range. Boom, done!

If you can't find the transaction history on your PS5, check via the PlayStation website under your account management. Easy peasy!

Personally, I just check through the PlayStation website under account management. It's faster and easier IMO.
