A little water can work wonders. Dab some on a cloth and wipe from the center outwards. Don't use harsh chemicals!

From personal experience, I can tell you to use a microfiber cloth with isopropyl alcohol. Works like a charm!

Use a soft, lint-free cloth and gently wipe the disc from the center to the edge in straight lines. Avoid circular motions!
