To clean a toddler on Sims FreePlay, simply click on the toddler and select the 'Bath' option when near a bathtub. Make sure you have an adult Sim free to assist!

All you need is a bathtub and an adult Sim. Tap on the toddler, select 'Clean,' and the adult will do the rest.

Based on my experience, have an adult Sim interact with the toddler near a bathtub and choose the 'Bath' option. Works every time!
