To clear the cache on your PS3, go to the 'Game' menu, then 'Game Data Utility,' and simply delete the game data for the specific game you’re having issues with. Don't worry, this won't delete your save files!

Just turn off your PS3, unplug it for a few minutes, and plug it back in. Old-school reboot can sometimes clear things up!

Navigate to the 'Internet Search' option in the 'Network' tab, press the 'Triangle' button, select 'Delete Search History,' and then 'Yes' to confirm. Bam, cache cleared!
