You can't clear the cache directly in the Roblox app on iPad. Just delete and reinstall the app. Works like a charm!

From personal experience, just reinstalling Roblox will do the trick. Go to Settings > General > iPad Storage > Roblox, and tap 'Offload App.' Then just reinstall from the App Store. Super simple!
