Lol, the Physical Exam in Fallout 76 feels like an actual workout. First, you need to head over to the Charleston Herald building. Inside, you'll find a terminal that initiates the quest. You're gonna race against the clock, sprinting through checkpoints before the timer runs out. Pro tip: wear light gear to run faster and chug those AP regen items like there's no tomorrow. Also, scout the course first so you know where you're going. Good luck, you'll need it!

Did the Physical Exam quest last night. My strategy? Buffout, a ton of it. Also, I dropped all my heavy gear right before starting. Honestly, knowing the path is half the battle. Once you get that down, it's all about speed and not getting stuck on the terrain. Managed to complete it with seconds to spare. It's tough but totally doable!

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
