To complete Signal Strength in Fallout 76, first head to the Top of the World location in the Savage Divide. You'll need to find and repair the Signal Repeater by gathering the necessary components - the SMU-97 Transponder and the Duplexer. You can find these in two different locations: the SMU-97 is at the National Isolated Radio Array, and the Duplexer is at the Horizon's Rest. After collecting these parts, combine them at any Tinker's Workbench to make the Signal Repeater. Finally, install it at the designated relay tower and return to Rose at the Top of the World to finish the quest. It's a bit of a trek, so pack some snacks!
