If you want to connect 2 controllers wirelessly, turn on the first one using the PS button. For the second, press and hold the Create button and the PS button simultaneously until the lightbar starts blinking. Go to Settings > Accessories > General > Bluetooth Accessories on your PS5, and both controllers should show up.
Honestly, it's just like any other Bluetooth device. Sync the first one, then go to Settings to pair the second. Simple as that!
Just plug both controllers in via USB first, then hit the PS buttons. After that, you can remove the cables if you want to go wireless.
