Easy peasy! Go to Settings on your Steam Deck, enable Bluetooth, then put your AirPods in pairing mode. Look for your AirPods in the list and click to connect.

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your Steam Deck, put your AirPods in pairing mode, and then select them from the available devices list. Done and done!

I connected my AirPods to my Steam Deck by first turning on Bluetooth from the quick settings menu, then putting my AirPods in pairing mode. They showed up on the list, and I just tapped to connect. Smooth sailing from there!
