PS3 controllers don't have a headphone jack, sadly. However, you can use Bluetooth headphones or a USB headset connected to the console.

Unfortunately, you can't directly connect headphones to a PS3 controller. Your best bet is to plug them into the TV or the PS3 itself using a USB or Bluetooth headset.
