To connect your PlayStation Apex account to PC, you need to link your EA account. Log in to your EA account on a browser, go to Account Settings, and connect your PlayStation Network (PSN) under the 'Connections' tab. Then, just use your EA account credentials to play Apex on your PC.

Honestly, cross-progression isn't fully supported in Apex yet, so you might not have all your stuff when switching from PS to PC.
