Easy peasy. Just press and hold the 'Share' button and the 'PS' button until the light bar starts flashing. Then go to your PS4, navigate to 'Settings' -> 'Devices' -> 'Bluetooth Devices' and select your controller from the list.

No USB? No problem! Put your PS4 controller in pairing mode (hold down the Share button and the PS button) and then sync it through the Bluetooth settings. Done!

Hold the Share and PS button until the light bar flashes. Go to Bluetooth settings on your PS4, find the controller, boom, you're connected.
