I've got the PXN V9 and it's pretty straightforward: connect the wheel to the PS4 via USB, then press the 'Home' button on the wheel.

You gotta set the PXN wheel to 'PS4' mode first (check the manual for the exact steps). Then, connect it via USB. Should be smooth sailing after that!
