Just use a dock, similar to the Switch. Connect the Steam Deck to the dock, which is hooked up to the TV via HDMI. It's a neat way to keep things tidy and makes disconnecting and reconnecting a breeze.

First off, get yourself a USB-C to HDMI adapter. Plug the USB-C end into your Steam Deck and the HDMI end into your TV. Make sure your TV's on the right HDMI input, et voilà, big screen gaming time!
