I did this last week! Start by going to the PSN sign-up page, click on 'Create New Account,' then choose Singapore as your country/region. Fill in all the required info, verify your email, and you're good to go!

Creating a Singapore PSN account is pretty simple! Go to the PlayStation website, pick 'Create New Account,' and select Singapore as your region. Just follow the prompts, enter your details, and you're all set!
