How to create your own soldiers in XCOM 2 WOTC
Fire up the Character Pool from the main menu. You can create custom soldiers, give them names, backstories, and pick their looks and gear. Once done, remember to import them when starting a campaign!

Use the Character Pool feature! Build your squad, save them, and then set them to appear in your next campaign. Easy peasy!
To create your own soldiers, go to the Character Pool from the main menu. Customize everything from appearance to voice lines. After that, save and be sure to import them into your game!
Just use the Character Pool. Add your custom soldiers there, and make sure to use the import option when you start a new game. Simple!
