PS5 customization is mostly about reordering icons and changing backgrounds. Head to Settings > Themes for background changes, and use the Control Center for icon management.

To customize your PS5 home screen, hold the PS button on your controller to open the Control Center, then use the Options button to reorder or remove icons. You can also change your theme in Settings under 'Themes.'

You can't do much beyond reordering icons and changing the background right now. It's pretty limited compared to PS4.

As a long-time PS5 user, I suggest using the Control Center to quickly access your favorite games and apps. Reordering your icons there makes navigation smoother!
