Super easy! Just head to 'Settings' on your PS4, select 'Account Management', then 'Activate as Your Primary PS4', and finally 'Deactivate'. Bam, you're done!

Go to: Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4 > Deactivate. Simple as that.

I had to do this last week. Go into your PS4 Settings, then Account Management, and you'll find the option to deactivate it as your primary. Took me less than a minute!
