Forget about hygiene tasks and engage them in outdoor activities. That’ll kill two birds with one stone: dirty Sim and more fun!
To drop your Sim's hygiene, just ignore showering and bathing for a while. Easy peasy, watch them get stinky!
If you want your Sim's hygiene to plummet, send them to do gardening or cleaning. Those activities will surely get them dirty!
Do everything but bathe! Seriously. Make your Sims prioritize everything else and watch their hygiene hit the basement.
