Just spam Protego lol. Seriously, it's like the universal 'nope' button against most attacks.

To defend yourself in Hogwarts Legacy, mastering spellcasting is key! Start with the Protego spell to block and deflect attacks. As you progress, learn to dodge and use environment-friendly spells to create distance or barriers between you and enemies. Don't forget to upgrade your spells and equipment as you get stronger, and always keep an eye on your health potion stock!

I found using a mix of offensive and defensive spells works best. Stun your enemies with Petrificus Totalus or Incarcerous, then hit 'em hard with your best jinxes. Protego is great and all, but sometimes the best defense is a good offense, you know? Plus, dueling feels epic when you're not just blocking all the time!

If you're a Hogwarts Legacy player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
