To delete an account from your PS4, go to Settings > Login Settings > User Management > Delete User, then select the account you want to delete. Confirm your choice, and voila, it's gone!

Did this last week. Settings > Login Settings > User Management > Delete User. Pick the account and confirm. Done and dusted!

It's super easy! Just head over to Settings, go to Login Settings, and then User Management. From there, choose Delete User and select the account you want to remove.
