To delete DLC on PS4, go to Settings > Storage > System Storage > Applications. Find the game, press Options, and select Delete. Easy peasy!

Pro tip from a seasoned gamer: Go to Settings, Storage, then System Storage. Find Applications, locate your game, hit Options, and delete the DLC. Clean and simple!
