For Xbox, navigate to My Games & Apps, select Dragon Ball Xenoverse, press the menu button, select Manage Game, then go to Saved Data and choose the delete option.

Why would you even want to do that? Just let your Saiyan spirit guide you to new heights instead!
On PS4, go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Delete, and then select Dragon Ball Xenoverse. Easy peasy!
On PC, just head to the folder where your save file is stored (usually in your Steam userdata folder) and delete it from there. Boom, done!
