How to Delete PS4 Trophies
You can't actually delete PS4 trophies that have been synced, but you can hide them if you want to! Just go to your trophy list, hit options, and select 'Privacy Settings' to hide them from view. It's like sweeping them under the rug!

I tried to delete my PS4 trophies once but found out it's not possible. The best you can do is hide them from your profile. Go to the trophies section, press the options button, and choose 'Privacy Settings.'
