Deleting a PSN profile on the PS4 is pretty straightforward. Just go to Settings > Login Settings > User Management > Delete User, and then select the profile you want to erase. Done and dusted!

Seriously, just go to Settings > Login Settings > User Management > Delete User, and pick the profile you want to delete. The end.
