Deleting a Steam review is pretty simple! Just go to the game's store page where you left the review, scroll down to the 'Reviews' section, and find your review. There should be a 'Delete' option next to it. Click that, and voila, your review will vanish into the digital ether.

Actually, consider editing instead of deleting. Sometimes a revised review can be more helpful to others than none at all.
