There's no way to delete chat messages in Roblox. It's a bummer, but maybe they'll add it in the future!

You can't directly delete messages, but you can always report any inappropriate content. Just click the message and follow the report instructions.

From personal experience, if you need a message gone, sometimes it's faster to just log out and back in.
