To delete Roblox files, uninstall the game through your system's add/remove programs option. Then, delete the Roblox folder from your system's AppData directory.

I had to uninstall Roblox from Control Panel and manually remove the leftover files from C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Roblox. It worked like a charm!
