You can use the 'Remove Fatigue' mod from the Steam Workshop. Just subscribe to it, enable it in your game, and you're good to go!

I just play with the 'Long War 2' mod which reworks the fatigue system completely. It makes the game way more interesting!

Honestly, the fatigue system adds more strategy to the game. Maybe try embracing the challenge instead of removing it!
